For all adhesive bandages, follow these instructions:
Leave the Second Skin Bandage on for 4 days.
At the end of the 4th day of having the wrap on, gently remove the wrap in the shower with clean hands. Find a bottom corner edge of the wrap and stretch the wrap down and away from your tattoo. Do not forcefully peel the wrap off. Be gentle and take your time removing the wrap.
After the wrap has been removed, thoroughly wash your tattoo with soap and warm (not hot) water. Rinse completely and pat dry with a paper towel.
Apply a small amount of moisturizer (Fragrance Free lotion)
Continue to cleanse, dry, and moisturize your tattoo 2-3 times per day for the remainder of the healing process.
Most people heal completely 2-3 weeks after their tattoo session.

Using antibacterial and unscented soap, gently wash your tattoo under warm (not hot) water. Be sure to wash any remaining ointment, plasma, or debris away from your tattoo.
After rinsing all of the soap off, gently pat dry with a paper towel.
When dry, apply a very thin layer of ointment like Aquaphor to moisturize your skin. Do not over apply. Unscented lotion can also be used.
Repeat this process 3 times a day for 2 weeks.
